Design comes first. Smart Home Automation
One system for lighting, shading, climate, music, and video, controlled from a keypad, a phone, or a voice. The interfaces are chosen and placed during design, so the house still reads as a house rather than a control room.
Architectural Lighting Design
Layered lighting design delivered as reflected ceiling plans and fixture schedules, coordinated with the architect and interior designer before a single hole is cut. Tunable white and full-color fixtures where the design calls for it.
Lighting Control
Scene-based control on Lutron systems, tuned on site so a room has one press for morning, one for dinner, and one for the end of the night. Keypad placement and engraving are settled during design, not at trim.
Window Treatments
Motorized roller shades, drapery, and exterior screens, with fabric, hardware, and pocket details selected alongside the interior designer. Pockets and blocking have to be right before the ceiling closes, which makes this early work rather than a finish selection.
Audio & Video
Whole-home audio and video, from one pair of invisible speakers in a kitchen ceiling to a full media room. Speaker placement and finish are coordinated with the architect and interior designer, so the sound arrives without the hardware announcing itself.
Home Theater Design
Purpose-built rooms designed around the seating, the screen, and the acoustics, with sightlines, riser heights, and speaker locations worked out before framing. Isolation and treatment are part of the drawing set, not a later correction.
Security & Life Safety
Cameras, access control, intrusion, and life safety devices integrated into the home's control system, so a single app covers the whole property. Camera locations are set on the plans, which is the difference between a useful view and a good look at a downspout.
Wi-Fi & Networking
A wired backbone with enterprise-grade wireless and enough coverage to reach the barn, the dock, and the driveway gate. Every other system in the house depends on this one, so it gets designed first and specified honestly.
Smart Energy & Power Management
Smart electrical panels that replace the conventional breaker box and meter every circuit in the home, bringing solar, battery storage, EV charging, and generator under one system that a homeowner runs from a phone. When the grid drops, circuits shed automatically by priority against the power actually available, which keeps the essentials running far longer, and often removes the need to oversize a generator or upgrade the utility service.
Lighting Distribution
Fixtures warehoused for lighting design clients, builders, and electrical partners, organized by room and by phase and hand delivered to site. Builders and electrical contractors get more than a warehouse: a local partner with a direct line to the manufacturers, on call from the order through the last trim, so the lighting on their projects lands the way it was drawn.
